Krewe of Hip Huggers and WolfGang will host the third annual Pensacola Pawdi Gras with vendors, costume contest, music and, of course, parade of pups. Event is 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 at Perfect Plain Brewing Co., 50 E. Garden St.
