Who will be new Escambia Co. Commission chair?

thinkingInsiders tell us Mike Whitehead is favored to return as chairman. Here are the odds:

Whitehead – 2-1

Marie Young – 4-1 –could be the peace candidate
Kevin White – 10-1 —Is he ready to get out from under Touart’s thumb?
Grover Robinson, Gene Valentino – 100-1 — Both are too new
