Did Nodine pass polygraph?

The Mobile Press Register reports that Matt Green, attorney for Mobile County Commissioner Stephen Nodine, has released documents he said show that Nodine passed a drug test and a polygraph, proving that he did not have marijuana in his system. Nodine is under investigation after a county garage worker discovered marijuana on Dec. 23, 2010, in the pickup truck issued to Nodine. The polygraph was done by a private firm, paid for by Nodine.
