Salzman backs out, endorses Patronis

Escambia County campaign contributors may have a little more money to spend this Christmas. State Rep. Michelle Salzman has backed out the race to replace Congressman Matt Gaetz, now that President-elect Trump has endorsed Florida CFO Jimmy Patronis

Salzman posted on X:

“Politics is an ever-changing chessboard. Our first priority as elected officials should be our constituents. If we put them first, we all win! Jimmy has been endorsed by the leader of our party and that should be enough for us to get behind him. Congratulations @JimmyPatronis”
