Pensacola International Airport launches a Live Shuttle Tracker

Pensacola International Airport (PNS) is making it even easier for travelers to navigate their journey with the launch of a new live shuttle tracker, now available at flypensacola.com/shuttle.

Real-Time Tracking: Whether travelers are headed to or from the terminal, they can now check the real-time location of airport parking shuttles right from their phones. Travelers can access the new tracking system directly via the airport website or by scanning QR codes at each shuttle stop.

With shuttles arriving every seven minutes on average in Lots 1, 2, and 3 and on-demand service available for the Long Term Lot, passengers can better plan their travel with added clarity and peace of mind.

  • “Our goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from the moment passengers arrive at the airport,” said Matt Coughlin, Executive Director of Pensacola International Airport. “The launch of the live shuttle tracker is part of our continued mission to enhance the customer experience at PNS through smart, user-focused innovations.”

Part of a Larger Vision

The shuttle tracker is part of a larger initiative to modernize and expand airport services as PNS continues to grow. With record-breaking passenger numbers and a major terminal expansion breaking ground later this year, Pensacola International Airport remains focused on delivering thoughtful, passenger-first enhancements every step of the way.

  • By embracing innovative tools like the live shuttle tracker, the airport is reaffirming its commitment to creating a smoother, more connected, and more convenient travel experience—ensuring that even during times of growth and transformation, the needs of travelers remain at the heart of every improvement.

Transform PNS

In April, the Pensacola International Airport (PNS) has launched  TransformPNS.com, a website providing the latest updates, project details, and community engagement opportunities for the Airport’s Terminal Expansion and Modernization Program. The website serves as a central hub for passengers, stakeholders, and the public to stay informed.

With 104% growth in passenger traffic over the past decade, Pensacola International Airport is embarking on a multi-phase expansion to accommodate increasing demand, enhance the passenger experience, and position the airport for future success. The Terminal Expansion and Modernization Program will include additional gate capacity, upgraded amenities, advanced security features, and improved airport infrastructure.
