News: Pelican covered in oil found at Destin

Daily News reports a brown pelican covered in a light brown oily substance was found Tuesday afternoon on a Destin dock. “His body’s covered. He’s tired and weak. It’s all over him. He appears to have this substance inside his mouth.” Read more.
