Gulf County sues BP

The News Herald (Panama City, Fla.) reports that Gulf County has filed a lawsuit against BP. According to their attorneys, Gulf County â€œseeks full reimbursement for the cost it incurs for their emergency action plan and cost of mitigating and cleaning up the Deepwater Horizon catastrophe.â€

Expect to see more counties do this.
