On May 28, Inweekly made the following request for: “The documentation sent to Caldwell Associates Architects (CAA) that updated the budget of the Bayview Community Resource Center and increased the Cost of the Work from $5.5 million in the CAA contract, dated 1/31/2017, to a greater amount. For background, see the amendment attached the contract for 1.2.2.2: “The Owner shall establish and periodically update the budget for the Project, including the portion allocated for the Cost of the Work.”

Seventeen days later, no response has been received.

  1. I could be wrong, but appears that City Hall thinks the information that you requested is just none of the public’s business.

    HERE YOU GO AGAIN. DIDN’T YOU HAVE TO FILE A SAO COMPLAINT LAST TIME THE CITY PULLED THIS WITH YOU?
