Baldwin County sues BP for $11.95 million


Baldwin County commissioners met in a closed session Thursday and then voted 3-1 to proceed with an $11.95 million damages claim involving the BP PLC oil spill. The Baldwin County Public Schools hired its own attorneys in December to pursue an independent $4.4 million claim. Read more.
