The park next to Wall South Memorial may become a retention pond. Here is the letter from interim Pensacola City Manager giving Moulton Properties the authority to develop a retention pond on the property.

I think it has something to do with Hawkshaw Eastside and the proposed Technology Park. Not sure the public – especially those who play soccer and fly kites in the park – knows about this.
