Escambia County has published its agenda for tomorrow’s special Board of County Commissioners meeting that will be held at 4 p.m. in commission chambers – see BCC 6_21.
As reported earlier, the topic to be discussed is the the former Escambia County Mosquito Control Site and to consider the request for the city of Pensacola for participation in the Corrine Jones Stormwater Park Dewatering Treatment project. The BCC will look at how voluntary tax credits from the remediation can be used to fund the request.
Not sure where City Administrator Eric Olson got the idea they were “scheduling a special meeting for other reasons.”
