BDI engineer appointed to State Emergency Response Commission

Governor Rick Scott announced yesterday that he has appointed Richard Delp of Gulf Breeze to the State Emergency Response Commission. Delp is an environmental engineer and project manager with Baskerville Donovan Inc.

Barry “Dale” Calhoun and John Johnson were also appointed to the commission. Calhoun, of Crawfordville, is executive vice president of the Florida Propane Gas Association and executive director of the Florida Natural Gas Association. Johnson, of Quincy, is director of the office emergency response for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
