Leigh Bell has qualified as a write-in candidate for the Escambia County Commissioner District 4 seat. This closes the August 28 primary and allows only registered Republicans to vote in it.
Note: We originally had Bell as a NPA candidate because her paperwork had not been uploaded to escambiavotes.com. According to the address on the candidate form, Bell lives in District 5.
