Down goes Childers, down goes Childers.
Judge Jennifer Frydrychowicz denied the Childers motion. In essence, she did not believe the narrative that Bruce and Pam Childers have pushed for more than week.
There was no proof that Supervisor of Elections Robert Bender did anything to interfere with Childers efforts to qualify. My observation is the Childers didn’t want people to know their finances.
Judge Frydrychowicz saw many of the same things that I’ve reported. And the case law is in favor of the Supervisor of Elections.
