According to the NY Times, Â BP will soon add a safety division to better prepare for such disasters as the Deep Horizon explosion.
BP Managing Director Robert Dudley is quoted as saying the recent moves are  “the first and most urgent steps in a program I am putting in place to rebuild trust in BP — the trust of our customers, of governments, of our employees and of the world at large.â€
