Breaking: BCC sues Childers over retirement plan

Escambia County Commissioner Jeff Bergosh announced on 1370 WCOA this morning that the Board of County Commissioners has filed a lawsuit against Clerk Pam Childers concerning its retirement plan. More on Bergosh’s blog here.
