Breaking: Mayor, Baptist sign letter of intent

Mayor D.C. Reeves said on WCOA this morning that he has signed a letter of intent regarding the old Baptist Hospital campus.

If the City can obtain funding to demolish and remediate the old property, Baptist will donate it to the City.
