Breaking news: PPD arrests protestor

Inweekly has learned that the Pensacola Police Department has arrested Jason Uphaus for a misdemeanor. Uphaus was under investigation for hopping on a vehicle that charged into protestors on the Pensacola Bay Bridge in early June.

Sources have shared that Uphaus’ attorney had been told yesterday that he would be allowed to make arrangements for taking care of his child and would be allowed to turn himself at the end of today.
