BTW: Halcorp wants lease amendment, too

Halcorp has requested a lease amendment that will provide for a one and one-half year guaranteed lease through June 30, 2010, renewing daily thereafter until such time as either party provides 365 days advance written notice of cancellation. This arrangement provides Halcorp a total initial term of two and one-half years.
