Buzz: ECUA drops suit

We received a call today that Emerald Coast Utility Authority has dropped its lawsuit against Escambia County over being required to use the Perdido Key Landfill.

No word if cocktail fund raisers were involved.

Addition 4:35 p.m.: County Attorney Allison Perdue Rogers confirms the ECUA entered a voluntary dismissal request.
