Buzz: Jolly tells CNN Rubio is running

This morning on CNN’s “New Day,” Congressman David Jolly said that Marco Rubio will be getting into the U.S. Senate race. Jolly plans to tell his constituents at noon whether he’ll stay in the Senate race himself or seek reelection to the House. Stay tuned.
