Maritime Park Development Partners, the former developer of the Community Maritime Park that was headed by Scott Davison, had its motions in federal denied yesterday by Judge Casey Rodgers today denied. The motions asked the court to put the CMP property in receiver ship and sequester CMPA funds.
There is another motion awaiting a ruling from Rodgers —MPDP’s motion to dismiss the CMPA’s lawsuit against the developer.
