Henry John Misiak has pre-filed to run as a Write-In Candidate in the Clerk of the Circuit Court race for the 2012 General Election. This will close the August Republican Primary and keep Democrats from voting in the race. Without Misiak, the primary between Ernie Lee Magaha and Pam Childers would have been open to all voters.
