Buzz: Nobles, Fair, McKinney moving to new bank

The word on the street is Coastal Bank and Trust Co. executives that resigned yesterday-former city councilman Jack Nobles, Bobby Fair and Rex McKinney-will be part of new bank that is being formed in Pensacola. The rumor is Bo Carter will be the president and the bank will be associated with ServisFirst Bank out of Birmingham.
