PENSACOLA–The Office of the State Attorney announces today that the charge of Battery on an Escambia County School District employee has been dismissed against a seven year old student. This charge stemmed from the arrest of the student for an incident which occurred at Ferry Pass Elementary School on September 13, 2019. They were dismissed at the request of the victim and for other reasons.
