Clinton leads Trump by double digits

The most recent Washington Post/ABC poll has Democrat Hilary Clinton leading Republican Donald Trump by 12 points as the two candidates head to their parties’ national conventions.

In March, Trump led Clinton 50-41. The new poll has Clinton over Trump 51-39. A complete reversal in three months.

According to the poll, two-thirds of Americans think Trump is unqualified to lead the nation; are anxious about the idea of him as president; believe his comments about women, minorities and Muslims show an unfair bias; and consider his attacks on a federal judge because of his Mexican American heritage to be racist.
