Progressive Pensacola is reporting: “Mr. Coby’s duties are mostly unchanged, according to a senior member of Mayor Hayward’s transition team. He doesn’t have a clear title at the moment, but during this transition period he is essentially acting as an interim City Administrator, handling day-to-day issues as Mayor Hayward gets settled and begins the search for a permanent Administrator.”
Instead of an official announcement from the mayor or his administration, volunteers are telling the media who is staying and who is leaving. These growing pains are painful to watch.
