County replies. ‘Test’ email was not a plot to circumvent the law

Assistant County Administrator Larry Newsom has responded to Douglas Underhill’s email that was published on this blog yesterday.

Newsom explains that the emails, highlighted by Underhill, between Wendy Eacret, a county employee, and FDOT employees with the subject line “Test” were not sent as such to prevent it from showing up in a public records request search.
