Daily Outtakes: County seeks stolen texts from Underhill aide

Escambia County has filed suit against Jonathan Owens, aide to former County Commissioner Doug Underhill, Alexander Arduini and Gannett, owner of the Pensacola News Journal, seeking recovery of electronic data files and associated physical storage devices containing approximately 60,000 lines of text messages from the personal cell phone of County Commissioner Jeff Bergosh.
