World of Beer owners Matt Lafon and Scott Zepp are hosting a very special fundraiser for friend Judy English. In April 2013, Judy was diagnosed with microcystic adnexal carcinoma, which is a rare cancer that invaded her chin and jaw bone. In the months to come, she will require multiple facial surgeries. All proceeds will benefit the extensive costs involved.
The event is Saturday, Sept. 7, 3-7 p.m. It will be kid friendly, live music, food and auction.
