ECUA mystery agenda

The Emerald Coast Utility Authority also meets today at 2:30 p.m. at Ellyson Industrial Park. The utility is the least transparent of the governmental bodies. Its meetings aren’t available to be viewed on online, live or taped. The published agenda on its website isn’t interactive, so the public can’t read the background materials for the agenda items. Escambia County, City of Pensacola and Escambia County School Board have interactive pdfs. ECUA just scans the agenda.
