FCAT problems continue

Jeb Bush leaves office and problems with the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test continue to crop up. This time the school scores/grades are delayed because of the problems with FCAT grading for third-graders in 2006. At least, the Crist Administration isn’t sweeping the issue under the rug. I suspect we will see major changes in FCAT in the next two years.
