Feinberg gets a raise


The effort of speeding up the claims process and getting the checks out apparently demands that the head of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility get a raise.Ken Feinberg’s Washington, D.C., law firm is now being paid $1.25 million per month by BP to run the compensation operation, which is up from $850,000 a month—a 47-percent increase after six months of work.
