Flood Insurance and SBA Specialists Available to Answer Questions


PENSACOLA, Fla. – National Flood Insurance Program and U.S. Small Business Administration specialists will be on-hand next week to provide answers to flood insurance and disaster-loan questions from Florida policyholders.

Disaster survivors can meet face to face with NFIP and SBA specialists to answer questions such as:
• Why is my claim amount not enough to bring my home into compliance?
• What is Increased Cost of Compliance and how can I get it?
• Should I begin repairing my home if it might be substantially damaged?
• How can I cover the difference between my claim and the cost of required compliance construction?
