Florida Sec. of State questions Sarasota vote

what's that Florida’s Secretary of State Sue Cobb wants the Florida Supreme Court to rule whether a Sarasota referendum requiring a paper trail for all voting is unconstitutional.

“I think it’s very important for all 67 counties to understand where they stand in respects to our election laws and their capacity to take certain actions,” she said.
