The drunken South Carolina frat boys are suing how the movie “Borat” shows them as racist, bigoted, sexist idiots. In his lawsuit, Justin Seay (now graduate, 24) contends that last October the “Borat” crew got him and his pals drunk and encouraged them to engage in “behavior that they otherwise would not have engaged in.” Seay says he has suffered humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional and mental distress, for which he wants to be paid damages.
The only problem is the website Smoking Gun found that his mySpace account lists drinking as one of his hobbies.
