No, it’s not Luke McCoy. MSNBC is trying out Pensacola’s Joe Scarborough.

The reviews so far are very positive. Don’t know if it will stick – 6-9 am (5 am -8 am CDT) is a tough gig, but then Joe is free for the rest of the day, if he gives up the Scarborough Country gig.
