Halcorp gives Donovan $750 before council vote

Councilman Marty Donovan got another $750 from Halcorp and its officers prior to the Nov. 20 vote to extend their lease at the Port of Pensacola. The funds were deposited into his campaign account on Nov. 12.

In total, Donovan collected $3,455.07 during this last reporting period that ended Nov. 20.
