Statement from Mayor Ashton Hayward regarding Bergosh ruling
Yesterday, Judge Bergosh made a wise ruling which was extremely fair and equitable to both the City and Mr. de Varona. I want to thank Judge Bergosh for taking the time to hear all arguments and for reaching a decision which allows us to move forward and to effect an efficient and orderly transition.
I sincerely hope that this issue is now settled to the satisfaction of all involved, and that we can focus on working together to help take our City and our Airport upward.
