Help BTWHS chorus get to Carnegie Hall

The Booker T. Washington High School choral group, Vocal Harmony, is in the last weeks of its fundraiser to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York on Easter Sunday.

The trip will cost $10,000, and they are only about $6,000 short of their goal. The deadline is April 1.

Donations may be made to the Escambia County Public Schools Foundation but be sure to specify your donation is for the Booker T. Washington choral group.

FYI: The choral group is led by Micah Roland, who was in the 2013 Inweekly Rising Star class.
