ECUA Press Release: Downtown Pensacola Water Customers Will Experience Loss of Water on Sunday, January 20, 2013
Effective Sunday, January 20, 2013, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., ECUA water customers located in downtown Pensacola will experience loss of water.
The City of Pensacola is creating a “turn lane†on Garden and Spring Streets, which will require ECUA crews to relocate water control valves.
The affected area is Palafox Street (address range 1 to 43) between Garden and Spring Street, Garden Street (address range 11-115 and 19-119) between Tarragona Street and Spring Street, Baylen Street (address range 33 to 120) between Garden and Intendencia Street, and Spring Street (address range 25 to 30) between Chase Street and Romano Street.
The shutdown will affect approximately 50-75 businesses.
