Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute has selected IN Rising Star Hong Tran as operations services director. Tran has been at Baptist Health Care for 10 years and has served as the corporate director of strategic planning for the past seven years. In her new role, Tran will be responsible for developing and implementing operational and growth strategies for the Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute.
Tran is a graduate of the University of West Florida with masters degrees in health care leadership and business administration. Tran also serves as the president-elect of the Pensacola Young Professionals and is an active member of the American College of Health Care Executives as well as the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development.
