Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and the Humane Society of the United States will hold a joint press conference today at 2 pm to announce a new program to combat animal fighting in Florida. The Humane Society will release details of a national reward program for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person involved in illegal animal fighting.
