Kahn – impeachment or resignation

missingHouse Speaker Mario Rubio’s request for documentation on appeals court Judge Charles Kahn is extremely rare. Usually the House lets the Judicial Qualifications Commission deal with the judges. Kahn stepped down as chief judge in October -but stayed on the bench- after his fellow judges questioned his possible use of influence in rulling on the bribery conviction of former Esc. Co. Commissioner W.D. Childers. Here is the letter from Rubio – notice Holly Benson plays a role in this:

Smart money is saying Kahn will resign before he is impeached.
