Land Capital/Davison has $7M+ judgment against them

The default judgment for the garnishment has been apparently set aside, according to my sources (Davison Default Judgment Disposition, but there is an even bigger default judgment in Arizona against Scott Davison and Land Capital Group. Remember it was Land Capital Group that won the master developer RFQ. The contract, however, is with Maritime Park Development Partners.

Wells Fargo is the plaintiff.

Principal sum: $6,840,951.79
Interest (thru 5/3/10): $191,940.30
Late fees: $7,420.86
Legal/Maricopa: $341,961.13
Wells Fargo attorney fees: $3116
Other costs: $506

Total: $7,385,896.08
and interest is still be incurred on the principal.
