Al.com reports Birmingham, Ala. builder Daniel Corp. has begun construction on a $60-million luxury apartment development in a the Beulah area. The project, located directly across from the Navy Federal Credit Union complex on Nine Mile Road, is a 336-unit, four-story project within the Pathstone development. First units are expected to be ready in the fall of 2021.
