Main St. Plant is done deal

ECUA board and its citizens advisory committee approved in principle the financing plan for the relocation of the Main St. Sewage Treatment Plant. They will vote 5-0 when the interlocal agreements are presented at their formal meeting.

Unless the City of Pensacola backs out on using CRA money, this is a done deal. By my last count, the council vote would go, at worst, 6-4 – with Nobles, Wu, Donovan, and Hall voting “No.”

County Commission is set for 4-1 vote – with Kevin White voting “No.”
