Mardi Gras Bowl set for Feb. 10-11

The 2017 Junior Achievement Mardi Gras Bowl is being held in partnership with Cordova Lanes on February 10-11.

The event consists of five total bowling sessions held at Cordova Lanes. Shifts are as follows: Friday, Feb. 10 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 11 at Noon, 3:00 p.m., and 6 p.m.

Registration is open to teams of 5 to 10 bowlers and costs $20 per person, which includes the lane fee, shoe rental, and event t shirt. Call the Junior Achievement office at 850-477-1420 to register or to sponsor the event.

All proceeds fund the educational programming of Junior Achievement of Northwest Florida, a national non-profit 501(c)3 organization which works to educate the future workforce and rising young business leaders in K through 12 classrooms from Escambia to Bay Counties. All Junior Achievement programming is provided at no cost to the schools and is based on a mentorship model that utilizes the business community by training volunteers to teach young people how to be successful in a global economy.
