In the Florida Democratic primary for U.S. Senate, Rep. Kendrick Meek leads billionaire businessman Jeff Greene 33% to 29%, according to the latest poll by Mason-Dixon. Meek had been trailing Greene by 10 points. On the Republican side, Attorney General Bill McCollum is closing the gap. He now trails billionaire Rick Scott by only six points (37-31).
These races will both be close. Let’s hope the billionaires don’t buy them.
