McNesby passed over

Escambia Co. Sheriff Ron McNesby was passed for over the head of the state’s law enforcement agency. Read Cabinet stays with interim to lead state’s law enforcement agency. Gov-elect Charlie Crist chose Jerry Bailey for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement commissioner post instead.
